An Immersive Experience Centre that tells the
Story of sustainible living in Singapore, at HDB Hub.
Untitled’s team of writers and creatives were the perfect match to help explain the complex nature of sustainability to the residents of Tengah. The task was to develop an experience center to showcase Centralised Cooling and convert 90% of BTO Tengah residents to sustainable energy for their new homes.
We created an multi-sensory consumer journey that explained each facet of the technology in great detail, in a fun an engaging manner.
The system was a mix of touch screens, immersive videos walls, object recognition touch tables, and Augmented reality apps that were available both in-store as sales tools, as well on both iOS and Android public facing apps stores.
Nearly all of Tengah residents who have made an appointment have pledged to a sustainable future, signed up to centralized cooling and are educated as to how to lead sustainable lives. They understand that and the positive impact their daily decisions make can help Singapore reach its carbon reduction goals.
The final touchpoint on the consumer journey is a 55inch interactive touch table where user get to manage their own towns green energy, This game emphasizes how the many technologies come together with the power of AI in the OneTengah platform. Creating the sustainable energy that powers the town.
