Siemens Singapore required a refurbishment of their Advanced Manufacturing Transformation Centre (AMTC) to better align with their Industry 4.0 objectives. Our scope included spatial design, interior design, and fabrication of the centre, as well as creating an immersive stage with full AV system integration and 3D animated content for presentations. Additionally, we developed a BIM digital double of the entire centre, which was so accurate that it was used to train Siemens’ AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) before the physical space was completed.
Spatial and Interior Design:
Redesign the space to create a functional, engaging visitor experience while showcasing Siemens' digital enterprise services and smart factory solutions.
Fabrication and AV System:
Construct and install key elements, including the stage, demo areas, and integration of a full AV system to support dynamic presentations and immersive content.
BIM Digital Double:
Deliver a highly accurate BIM digital twin that could be used not only for design purposes but also for training Siemens' AGVs in real-time environments prior to the space’s completion.
Immersive Stage and Presentation Content:
Develop the stage setup and high-quality presentation visuals that showcase Siemens’ advanced technologies in Industry 4.0.
Our focus was on creating an environment that facilitated clear communication of Siemens’ technologies while maximizing the efficiency and functionality of the space:
Spatial Design and Interior Layout:
We restructured the center to create seamless visitor flow through key zones focused on digital enterprise and Industry 4.0. Each area was designed for maximum visibility and interaction with Siemens' offerings.
Fabrication and AV System:
We fabricated the immersive stage and various demo areas, integrating an advanced AV system with multi-display capabilities, ensuring high-quality sound and visuals for presentations. This system allowed Siemens to present live data and interactive content to enhance their demonstrations.
Immersive Stage Design:
The stage was designed for both flexibility and impact, equipped with large-format displays, 3D animation, and integrated sound. It served as the focal point for live presentations, product launches, and technical demos.
BIM Digital Double:
We provided a BIM digital double of the entire space, so precise that Siemens used the 3D model to train their Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). The 3D data allowed them to simulate real-world movements and operations within the digital space before physical construction was finished.
Presentation Content:
We produced immersive 3D visuals and animations for the stage, tailored to showcase Siemens' IoT, digital enterprise, and smart manufacturing solutions in a clear, engaging way.
Seamless Visitor Experience:
The restructured layout and integrated AV system provided a smooth, interactive experience, allowing visitors to easily engage with Siemens' technologies.
Functional Fabrication:
The fabricated elements, from the immersive stage to the demo areas, were durable and supported a wide range of demonstrations and presentations.
Successful Training with BIM Digital Double:
The BIM digital double provided accurate data that allowed Siemens to train their AGVs using the digital space, improving operational efficiency before the physical build was completed.
Impactful Presentations:
The fully integrated AV system and high-quality 3D presentation content ensured that Siemens could clearly communicate their complex technologies to a wide range of audiences.
